Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years
  • Able to lead a cuisine staff of five
  • Availability: August 1st
  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts*
  • Hourly pay ($18/hour min. based on resume, experience and references)
  • Approx. 50 hours a week
  • 2 weeks training (provided in the current menu and recipes)
  • Up to 3 months observation/probation period
  • Saturday morning, Sunday and Monday OFF
  • Good benefits

*Being graduated from Culinary Institute Lenôtre is a plus.
